What is your shipping policy?

We can ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping fees will be shown during checkout.

How long does it usually take to receive my item?

For domestic orders: 3-8 business days. Expect your order to take 3-5 days to process. After processing, each item is made to order.

All packages will be shipped from the US using USPS first class service. Tracking number will be provided once the package is shipped.

What is your return policy?

We will accept returns for items in their original condition (packaged, unopened, unused) for a full refund, excluding shipping and processing costs. Item(s) must be returned within 60 days from the purchase date. We will not cover the shipping cost to return the item.

Can I place a hot drink on my coaster?

Yes! Based on the feedback we have received from our initial customers, both the wood coasters and acrylic coasters are suitable for hot beverages (standard tea cups, glasses, etc). However, we have not formally tested our coasters in a lab, hence we do not know the specific temperatures that our coasters can handle.

How do I clean my coaster?

We recommend just gently wiping down the surface of the coaster with a damp cloth; for acrylic coasters, we recommend using a microfiber cloth. DO NOT use a dishwasher to clean the coasters.

What can I use to write on my travel tag?

We recommend using a permanent marker to write your information onto the tag. Give it sufficient time to dry after writing, for best results. If you have made a mistake, most permanent markers can be removed with rubbing alcohol.

Can I get my information etched onto my travel tag?

Yes. Please send us a direct email if you desire this option. There will be an additional charge for this service.

What is your privacy policy?

We will not sell/trade/share your personal information to any outside parties. Your private information (name, credit card number, etc.) is used solely to fulfill your order and will not be stored on our servers.
