The original art and concept for Boba of the Spirit was designed by Esther Tseng. Boba of the Spirit combines nine character traits with a love of boba milk tea — Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, Self Control. Each trait is paired with an experience or characteristic of our everyday milk tea adventures.

Each design has six material variants, which are categorized under the wood series and the acrylic gold series. The wood series consists of Maple, Cherry, and Walnut. The acrylic series consists of Black Gold, White Gold, and White Rose Gold. Each coaster is water resistant and has four, small rubber feet on the backside to prevent the coaster from sliding.
